  • Most artwork has the potential to fade or discolour over time, so looking after your original drawing is important, so please do the following to help preservation:

    • Avoid hanging your art in bright light or direct sunlight. Choose a shaded wall if possible
    • Avoid a moist or humid environment such as a bathroom, as the moisture can buckle paper and warp frames
    • Avoid excessive heat which can damage the artwork and frame
    • Do not use glass to frame your artwork as this will trap moisture. Instead, choose a good quality perspex pane
  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your artwork, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. As these items are fragile, we recommend retaining all packaging materials until you are certain you wish to keep the artwork.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless faulty.

For any return requests or questions, please contact us as soon as possible..
