Paintings are shipped free of charge via courier next day signed for/ tracked delivery service with full insurance. However please be aware that during the current Covid-19 situation, dispatch and delivery could take slightly longer. Please contact me if you have not received your parcel within 5 days.
I use recyclable or biodegradable packaging wherever possible.
Care Instructions
Paint and varnish products used are waterproof and light fast and should not yellow over time. However, as a precaution it is advised not to place in areas of direct very bright sunlight or in very moist/ humid environments.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your painting purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. Return postage is at the expense of the customer.
If the item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately (within 7 days) with photographic evidence for a resolution.
